Some Services may require verification. That adds man-hours.
It would be awesome to set a "verification"/"setup"/"activation"/"one Time" fee for certain PackageGroups/Order Forms.
This could later also be used to "Unlock" Order/Forms/Package-Groups.
I like this idea
