Add the ability to specify any text/html added as a header/footer to all email templates. This is useful for adding visual styling/branding to your emails and ensuring it's consistent across every template.
I like this idea
We had this tentatively planned per https://dev.blesta.com/browse/CORE-67 and will revisit this.

We released this in 5.11
