The "československý, CZ (cs_cz)" translation has a misleading name, this implies there is a Czechoslovakian language (it does not exist anymore). There are only Czech translations so my idea is to rename it to "Česky, CZ (cs_cz)" (the language code is the same) and create "Slovensky, SK (sk_sk)" to have a separate translation for Czechs and Slovaks would make it clearer, which one to pick. Also, there are many major differences in the languages not like in British and American English.

We will be shipping full machine translated languages in 5.10. Both of these should be included, if not in 5.10 directly, soon thereafter.
