I think I asked this on the forum however I can't find it :). So my suggestion is a customer prefix so we can know the identity of the client in question as it adds that personal touch to know if you are talking to a guy or a female.
Types: Dr, Master, Mr, Mrs, Miss, Ms & MX
Eg: Mr. Michael Dance.
