Configurable User Embed (for Livechat and Tracking Option/Integration)

Right now, when a Blesta user wants to track user traffic, they need to set up an external platform like matomo/piwik or google analytics.
Some users may also wish to include a livechat application on their blesta interface.
Right now this is achieved by editing the structure.pdt, wich needs to be re-done every blesta update.
It would be very nice to have this configurable from within blesta to get some persistence.
I like this idea
