Update for new ICANN domain transfer rules

Under Consideration

I'm not sure what needs to be done with the domain registrar modules

but I see that Enom has new API information and I would guess other

providers do as well:

http://www.enom.com/domains/new-transfer-policy/

I like this idea

Has any more consideration been given to this? Possibly as the new domain overhaul happens?

i have tweeked the logicboxes module to be fully compatible with the new policy . i will sen it the blesta team to see if they can take from it the idea .
