Redesign the payment interface
Currently the clients payment interface in Blesta looks like the following: there are two columns, the one with a dropdown for Credit Card/ACH and one column with "Other Payment Options". For anybody outside the US, the first dropdown will only have one option "Credit Card" (ACH is not used outside the US). Having a dropdown with just one option and then have a second option list with more options seems very user-unfriendly to me and I would highly prefer it, if those two lists could get merged. As a system administrator and software engineer I do understand why there are two option lists (merchant and non-merchant gateways), but that isn't clear to the users and lists with just one option further add to the confusion.
