Any option to open a ticket if the customer is not registered with us like a possible sales cleint so that we can open a ticket with that client email id which will not be registered with us already. I guess this should be simple.
Is this so that admins can open tickets with an email address not assigned to an existing client? Right now non-clients can create tickets if allowed, but staff cannot create tickets for unregistered users.
yes so that staff can create ticket to a possible client who may have came to our live chat or may be any reference which came from another existing client to contact his friend as well etc .
