Need the ability to MANUALLY RE-allocate a ticket to any account

Can you please make it so that we can MANUALLY RE-allocate a ticket to any account ?

Sometimes these tickets are posted and stuck outside of an account by a NEW person that does not already have an account yet.

Really helpful, specially for clients that don't know how to properly communicate using a ticket helpdesk
