I would like to submit a feature request regarding invoice visibility in the admin interface.
Currently, the only way to view invoice line items in the admin area is to edit the invoice or download the PDF and open it externally. This becomes quite tedious, especially when a client has multiple invoices for the same amount and you simply want to quickly see what a specific invoice was for.
A common example is when recording or reviewing payments. To check the invoice items, the invoice must first be downloaded as a PDF, which interrupts workflow and slows down day to day administration.
It would be extremely helpful if the admin interface offered an HTML invoice view when clicking an invoice, similar to what already exists on the client side with the HTML Invoice view. This would allow admins to quickly view invoice items directly in Blesta without needing to download the PDF.
This small usability improvement would make invoice management significantly faster and more efficient for administrators.
