Hello, i already read a Reques for this feature like 8 Years ago but i don't see you add it.

Im requesting a hourly billing, something like Hetzner.

Hetzner for example: charge you 0.03€ per hour for a VPS and if you use it 4 Hours only, you only pay 0.12€ but no in the moment of cancellation at the finally of the month (This can be configured so that you are charged on the last day of the month or, for example, on the 1st or 2nd of the following month.) If you sign up on the 25th, for example, you will only be charged for the hours of that month during which you had the service active.

In my opinion this can be a very big feature because in the EU we have a 14-Days Refund Policy, and some people (That you could classify them as abusers.) request a refund the day 13 after the purchase and we need to refund all the money, with hourly based billing that problem desapear because the people pay all the ours they have it.

This feature is like only if you want to use it because some people i think prefer to monthy based or year.
