Converting non-latin caracters into latin for domain registration

Under Consideration

We are using Blesta in a country where our names/addresses are in Cyrillic. However this is causing huge issue with domain registration service which requires all data to be entered in Latin latter. Is possible coversion to be happening on the fly when people try register a domain name?
