Allow the universal module to create tickets or reminders

I'm currently using the universal module for services that need to be provisioned manually.

Would it be possible for the universal module to be able to create a ticket or reminder to the staff group when:

- A service is purchased

- A service needs to be suspended/canceled if the client doesn't pay

- A service is coming up for renewal or when invoice is generated (a few days earlier).

The last one would be useful if you need to remind the client in cases of cash/bank transfers/checks, etc.

You currently only have the option to send notifications via email and a URL, and there's not an event for when the service is coming up for renewal or invoice has been generated.

It sounds like you are looking for a events plugin.

Yes, it could be a separate events plugin. But there should be a way to tie it to certain modules or packages. Specifically those that require staff members to perform manual tasks.
