Make Add-On Company Toggle Visible On Mobile

Under Consideration

Currently, switching between different companies in Blesta on a mobile browser only works if you change to landscape mode. Having this visible in portrait mode (maybe in whatever next Staff Interface update happens in the future) would save me tens of milliseconds. <3
