Improve "Invoice Services Together"

Hi,

Please consider adding these to the "Invoice Service Together" option to cover a few more scenarios:

1. Support tolerance days. This option would invoice together services that have due dates separated by +1 +2, +3 days, etc.

* In this case, the invoice's due date should be the earlier date, I believe.

2. Invoice together services that are renewing/expiring within 1 month of the earlier due date AND have the same domain. Even if they differ renewal dates.
