Tailwind is nice but Bootstrap has far more marketshare. 78.1% bootstrap, only 1.1% tailwind as of June 2025. Switching to tailwind would make integration with most available templates difficult if not impossible given that almost everything is bootstrap. If you'd like, you can create your own template for Blesta using tailwind, but we have no plans to use tailwind out of the box.
