More Intuitive Credit Top-Up (+Voucher/Gift-Card => Account Balance)

Hi!
Since blesta has a credit system, a more obvious functionality to for clients to directly add account balance would be good. ( "Add-Funds" under Credits: ____ EUR)
Currency selection should also be possible.
Bonus feature: Add Vouchers/Gift-Cards that can Top-Up the balance
