Separate domains from services in the client area

Create a new widget for the domains, it can be on the side with the information Manager Domain, Register to New Domain, Transfer to Domain, Renew etc.
and in admin/settings/company/emails/templates/ add SERVICE CREATION DOMAIN

This was completed in Blesta 5.2. Domains are now listed within the domains widget and not within the services widget.
