Links in support ticket should be opened in new tab

The title says everything. Currently, if there is a link in the support ticket and when clicked, it opens in the same window.
So, it will be better if you can make the links have target="_blank"

target="_blank" can be a vulnerability. See https://medium.com/@jitbit/target-blank-the-most-underestimated-vulnerability-ever-96e328301f4c If we implement this, we must implement it securely.

Yeah, implementing it securely will be fine but this will be great if you can implement it.
