Sometimes it would be nice to limit customers from packages so they can't order them again.

We can set packages for a client which are restricted but we can't do the reverse yet.

If a customer abuses ordering a package by not paying it would be nice to stop them from ordering that package again.

Be nice to do this to addons as-well as standard packages.
