What is a bulk on off coupon? Can you elaborate? What is the expected behavior and use case for this?

Sorry i mean Generate Bulk Coupons, Example, Generate 100's of coupons at one time. Use cases, generate 100 coupons which expire after one use. The benefit of this it allows these coupons to be provided to a 3rd party promoter to sell on behalf of your company.
