Enhanced Plugin Widget Options

Please allow us developers to place widgets in the client sidebar section "my info column"
Allow us to specify width of plugin widgets in main_client area (such as half width).

Where exactly? In the box under the client's name/address/phone of the client's dashboard in the client UI?
