A request for the domain transfer has been sent to the Registry and it will take 5 days for the domain to be transferred into your account. .
Once completed, you can manage your domain from your customer panel.

Also would be better to add a New Item on domain list "Pending Transfer" for client to see domains that are pending transfer.
In case of domain transfer updates a client should be able to view details from their account as well as receive email notifications.
