When We making Package From Modules. Its need to Predefined with HTML+Text Email Based.

Also users not need worry about their Welcome Email after setup Package with modules.

Like If We choose Cpanel Modules Its goes Cpanel Welcome Email.If We choose NameSilo Domains Module Then Goes to Domain Welcome Email by Default Pre-defined.

Also Choose Better HTML https://www.creative-tim.com/product/mailto-free

This is already planned per https://dev.blesta.com/browse/CORE-1555 to be able to load a sample welcome email from the module when creating a package.
