Currently, when recording a manual payment in Blesta, there is no dedicated field to enter a reference number or a note (e.g., "EFT bank reference used or thank you note"). The existing "Reference #" column in the Transactions view is explicitly for payment gateways and is not available for manual entries.

Would it be possible to add a "Reference/Note" field to the "Record Payment" interface. This new field would allow administrators to input a relevant reference number (e.g., bank transaction ID, internal reference) or a short message for manual payments. The information entered into this field should then be displayed in the "Reference #" column within the Transactions view, making this column useful for both gateway and manual payments.
