Curency exchange rate included in invoices

It will be nice to be able to add the current currency exchange rate on invoices, its a requirement for taxes in many locations.

Is this like:
Line item : £5.00
Tax (10%): £0.50
Currency Exchange rate: $7.75
Total: $7.75
