Blesta should implement a cron job activity log email that runs at fixed intervals, such as the number of invoices generated, overdue invoices, domain renewal notices, and domain synchronisation.

Who should this go to? The pattern would be to send as a subscription notice. Under your name > Notices, you can see other subscription notices like Renewal Error, Aging Invoices Report, and others.
What interval are you suggesting, once a day? Or are we talking about getting emails about cron activity every hour or something?
