Coupon can only be used once per account

Currently we run a campaign where we want to give one free month to our users, problem is people has figured out they could order it multiple times with the same code.

You can use package client limits to accomplish this, as of 4.9.
This was declined previously, but having a coupon that can be used once or some number of times per client has additional utility because they would order the same package again later and just not get the discount. So, marking this under consideration again. If anyone has any comments or suggestions, please let us know.
I want to set coupon and limit per customers. Like 1cent Domain and set 3 per customers.So a customer can use this coupon 3 times only.
