Admin e-mail overview & delete stored customer emails

Admin area > client, there should be an overview of all sent emails, these should also be deletable for security reasons.
For example, if a provider installs a CMS for the customer and sends additional login data, these should be deleted after sending ...
as well as other emails with sensitive data, so sent emails should be able to be deleted by the admin.

I'm not following your request. Are you asking for a "Delete" option next to each email in the mail log under Account Actions > View Mail Log on the client profile page?
Yes, exactly, the system administrator should be allowed to delete emails (View Mail Log) that contain sensitive information, for example and also emails that may have been sent incorrectly or accidentally.
