Add the ability to disable partial payments

When paying multiple invoices, there's a feature allowing partial payments via a button.
Please include an option to completely deactivate this functionality. If this appears elsewhere it should also be deactivated if present.

Yes, this would be a great options for us as well. It causes confusion for our customers.

WHMCS has this feature, but it is because they do not have the option for partial payments and multiple payments.
Maybe this could be a feature in Blesta if we have the option to "TURN OFF" the partial payments and multiple payments functions.
