Add the ability to add fees to an order and invoice

but they must show as a separate item on the invoice and clearly be shown to the customer on the checkout page

One potential fix would be to include a "Manual Add" button adjacent to the "Transfer" and "Check Availability" boxes in
Lookup at https://requests.blesta.com/admin/plugin/domains/admin_main/add/10

What kind of fees? Blesta allows for setup fees, which can be configured on the Package.
