Add support for HestiaCP

Hello! It would be great if Blesta added support for the HestiaCP hosting panel, this panel looks great!

Where can we find their API documentation?
Isn't there already a VestaCP plugin? HestiaCP is a fork of VestaCP after the original team seemed to have abandoned the VestaCP open source project. Thus, adding support might be rather easier as I don't think that much changes have been added to the API.

Isn't HestiaCP a fork of VestaCP? I believe people are using the VestaCP module for HestiaCP, have you tried that?

Review the documentation and common errors https://docs.blesta.com/display/user/Vesta and check the module log. Tools > Logs: Module. "Not working" is not helpful.
