Sort price options and set payment methods

Under Consideration

Ability to set a sort order on package pricing options and enable/disable payment options for individual pricing options.

I want to have my annual subscription option ($300) display in order pages before the Monthly subscription option ($30)

AND

disable manual/cheque payments for monthly (credit card only) while giving annual subscribers the option to pay by credit card OR manually
