Email On Service cancellation

Under Consideration

We have had a repeating issue where a Hosting service is cancelled a for 2 weeks and a clients needs to pay to get it reactivated. We store backups only for 7 days so clearly we will fail to service the client again.

It would be nice to nitify a client when the service has been cancelled and even if when the service has been scheduled for cancellation we need to send an email with the specific date of cancellation.
