Add the ability to store documents, I.e leasing agreement for hardware, software or IP addresses that clients receive and need to agree to either prior to or after payment
In an ideal solution, they would be assigned to specific services - say for example the leasing of IP space - they'd have the relevant documents needed to fill in and return, possibly a checklist or to do list before the sale is finalised and purchase is complete.
I'm hoping sgraf spots this and can further refine the idea
